Paragon Shows is a family-owned and operated company that has been promoting consumer shows for 20 years under the name KevMarv Productions. During the past 20 years, the family has produced over 135 consumer shows up and down the East coast, from Vermont to Virginia.
The Paragon staff consists primarily of family and close friends including in-laws, nieces, nephews and family friends, most of whom have been there since the beginning.
To date the shows have been covered in dozens of trade magazines, named “best of the weekend” in calendar sections of major newspapers. They’ve been visited by national celebrities and political leaders, used as the backdrop for filming television episodes, earned state awards and been enjoyed by hundreds of thousands of enthusiasts over the years.
Paragon has worked for years researching and developing a new concept of merging two existing shows that have not yet been combined.
Kevin and Lou-Ann both recently retired from local government after many years of service. While their careers were in full swing, their first love was always planning and running consumer shows. Lou-Ann has a BA in Psychology, and Kevin holds an MA in Business Management.
Over the decades, Kevin and Lou-Ann dedicated many nights and weekends to creating cutting-edge shows that were both beneficial to the vendors, and exciting to the attendees. They met these goals time and time again, with a successful string of long-running events. Long range planning has ensured fresh, exciting shows that have retained ninety percent of vendors from year to year.
Kevin and Lou-Ann enjoy exercise, bicycling, and spending time with their grandchildren. When they’re not at home, they’re traveling the country in their motor coach or on their motorcycles. Lou-Ann rides a Harley Screaming Eagle, and Kevin rides a Ness Victory Cross Country.
Ryan began with Paragon Shows in 2001 while he was dating Tiffany Clement. Over the years, he went from ticket gathering, to event planning, to son-in-law. Ryan developed relationships with vendors and became an integral part of the family-owned and operated business.
While Tiffany was earning her PhD in Education, she maintained the Paragon databases and organized ticket sales operations.
Tiffany and Ryan are dedicated to ensuring quality events for generations to come. Today, at any given Paragon show, you can see their three children running around collecting tickets and counting coupons.
Nate began working with his uncle and aunt at Paragon Shows when he was a young teenager. Over the years, his interests grew and he became fully involved in the logistics of the shows.
Nate’s responsibilities include move in logistics, floor marking, facilitating vendor needs, security, ticket taking, and any other task that improve morale. Nate attended the Motorcycle Mechanics Institute in Florida, and enjoys tinkering with motorcycle engines. He’s married to his best friend Christina, and has a son named Finnegan.
David is the man behind the curtain. He handles floor plans, computer issues, data collection and retention, vendor registration, ticket sales, guest relations, and show closing. David manages data analysis and informational technology for a large school district.
David lives in Southern New Hampshire on an acre of land. He loves working around the house and taking care of it. He enjoys riding his bicycle and playing with his cat. From time to time, you will find Dave riding double in the neighborhood with his nieces or nephews on company owned adult rodeo Big Wheels.
